Blues boss Thomas Tuchel delivered a grim verdict on Kante, 31, when he spoke on Chelsea’s official website after the game.

The German said: “It looks like a muscle injury, a hamstring.

Have you recovered from last night yet?

Tottenham manager Antonio Conte continued his feud with Thomas Tuchel after the game.

The Italian took to social media last night to take a hilarious swipe at the Chelsea gaffer.

After Reece James scored Chelsea’s second goal, Tuchel leaped from his penalty area, sprinting down the touchline in celebration, straight past a desperate Conte.

After the game, Carragher gave his opinion on whether Chelsea’s offer would be accepted.
